• Terms and conditions

  1. Exchange item to be in the same condition received and in its origin packing.
  2. Items used, washed, damaged, will not be accepted and it will defy our store’s online terms and conditions.
  3. A pickup service fees will be levied at the cost of JD 3.000 and deducted from the original charges.
  4. Products to be exchange within three weeks period from the date of purchase and subject to above terms and conditions.
  5. In the case the products are exchange in person at Irfan’s Stores no cash refund or credit will be warranted.
